Refund and Exchange Policy

At Asad Autos, we aim to ensure you have a positive purchase experience. Please review our policy below regarding exchanges and refunds.

Exchange Policy
We do not offer returns; however, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how and where to send the item. Please note that items sent back to us without prior approval for an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you discover that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at asadautos.co@gmail.com so we can assess the issue and make it right. We aim to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including:

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Hazardous materials or items containing flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale items

Refunds
